Who gives the discount?
The developer of the project (the offer provider) gives and honours the discount. Propsavings is a facilitation platform: it lists new projects with their MahaRERA details and gives you the coupon that unlocks the offer. Final approval of the offer rests with the provider.
Who can use a property coupon?
- The coupon must be in the name of the actual buyer who will own and register the property.
