Propsavings – Exclusive Savings on New Homes in Pune
Propsavings is a Pune-based platform that gives home buyers discount coupons on new residential and commercial projects in Pune, PCMC and Pune district. It is run by propkit.in.
What we do
We list new projects with their MahaRERA registration numbers and QR codes, and give buyers a coupon that unlocks a Propsavings discount when they visit the project. Today we list 44 projects across Pune and PCMC.
We also offer coupons for home loan assistance and home interiors at factory rates.
How discounts are verified: you show your coupon code on your first visit, the project representative signs your enquiry form, and you send us a photo on WhatsApp. The developer honours the discount after this verification. Read how Propsavings coupons work.

MahaRERA basics every buyer should know
MahaRERA is the real estate regulator for Maharashtra. It was set up under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and registers projects and agents in the state.
- Which projects must register? Under RERA, a project must be registered before it is advertised or sold, unless the land is 500 sq m or less and it has 8 or fewer apartments.
- What must an advertisement show? MahaRERA requires advertisements of registered projects to show the MahaRERA registration number and the project's QR code. That is why every Propsavings project page shows both near the top.
- What is carpet area? Under RERA, carpet area is the net usable floor area of a flat. It excludes external walls, service shafts, exclusive balconies or verandahs and open terraces, but includes internal partition walls. Prices must be quoted on carpet area.
- How do I verify a project? Search the registration number on the official MahaRERA website (maharera.maharashtra.gov.in) and check the promoter's name, the proposed completion date and the project's progress updates before you pay.
